Specially developed a/u REnuno fabric for our Japan RE series: The lightweight yet durable recycled nylon is certified according to the Global Recycled Standard. A water-repellent finish, combined with a PFAS-free coating, provides reliable protection against moisture and creates a highly functional, weather-resistant surface. In addition, we use high-strength sewing threads with a water-repellent finish. The YKK Racquet Coil zippers have a water-repellent coating. The leather details are made from sustainably tanned premium cowhide and come from an LWG-certified tannery. The a/u lining is made from recycled polyester.

• Remove surface dirt with a soft, colourless cloth, water and mild soap or washing-up liquid
• Avoid heavy rubbing when cleaning
• Leather care lotions, oils, waxes, disinfectants and alcohol-based cleaning agents may damage the coating and should not be applied to the nylon
• Occasional use of a lotion for open-pored genuine leather will keep the leather applications supple

This style is handmade with care in a SMETA-audited manufacturing facility. We continuously work on increasing the transparency of our supply chain. As a member of the Leather Working Group (LWG), we voluntarily commit to responsible leather production - for a conscious approach to people and nature. We source our leather from tanneries that are certified by the LWG. This means: strictly tested eco-standards, reduced emissions and careful use of resources such as water and energy.
