Your bag is made to accompany you for many years. That’s why we set the highest standards for our quality and work with robust, authentic materials with a long lifespan. And if something should break over time, our in-house repair service will be there for you quickly and reliably.

Within the two-year statutory warranty period, repairs are free of charge. For older items, we are happy to provide you with a cost estimate at fair conditions. If you purchased your bag not from our webshop but from one of our partners, please contact the respective shop directly! They will get in touch with us and gladly handle the complaint process for you.

Repair requests outside the EU

Due to high shipping and customs costs, we unfortunately cannot accept bags from outside the EU for repair. However, we will gladly send you spare parts as long as they fit into a DIN A5 envelope and meet the requirements for weight and size. In Switzerland, repairs are carried out by a local partner to whom we are happy to refer you.
