Terms and Conditions of Participation
The organizer of the giveaway is aunts&uncles eCom GmbH, Richardstr. 72, 47506 Neukirchen-Vluyn, Germany. The giveaway runs from October 7, 2025, to November 28, 2025. Participation takes place by subscribing to the aunts & uncles newsletter via the form on www.auntsanduncles.com/en/newsletter-giveaway. All existing newsletter subscribers are automatically entered into the giveaway. Any person with a valid, personal email address is eligible to participate. Multiple entries that are made automatically or using temporary email services are not permitted and will result in exclusion from the competition. Participation is free of charge and not linked to any purchase. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Spain, the Czech Republic, or Hungary who are at least 18 years old. Employees of aunts & uncles GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Among all valid entries, a total of 12 bags from the Philocalists series worth up to 200 euros each will be raffled. There will be 12 different models, and each bag will be given away only once. Winners cannot choose the bag model and/or color.The winners will be selected at random. New winners will be drawn each week. Cash payment, transfer, or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the address provided in the newsletter subscription. If a winner does not respond within 7 days after receiving the notification, the prize will be forfeited and a substitute winner will be selected. To participate in the giveaway, a valid e-mail address is required. The collected data will be used exclusively for the execution of the giveaway and the dispatch of the newsletter.
