Sven is the founder and guardian of the brand, a strategist, and a problem solver. He’s a man of many talents and a Norway enthusiast whose heart belongs to nature — especially mushroom foraging.

Frank is the co-founder of the brand, the heart of the warehouse, guardian of quality, and our in-house caretaker. He loves being outdoors — in the mountains, on the water, or on his bike, preferably together with his family. When he’s not out and about, you’ll find him in the workshop, tinkering with old motorcycles, cars, or tractors.

As deputy warehouse manager, Bene not only takes care of our webshop but also ensures that our styles make their way into retail stores. As a father, he’s equally busy at home and always on the move.

As a graphic designer, Andreas puts every bag in the spotlight, allowing them to show their best sides in countless product photos. He’s also responsible for a variety of print media across the brand. In his free time, everything revolves around his family, guitars, vinyl records, books, films (and even more films), and sketchbooks filled to the brim with scribbles.

With her product photos and illustrations, Anna makes sure you get a clear picture of our styles. In her free time, she’s either out in nature or at her drawing desk. She loves all kinds of creative work, reads and binds books, and keeps up with her pen-pal friendships.

As Art Director and head of our graphics team, Ilka is responsible for everything related to visual language and layout — from Instagram, newsletters, and print materials to photo shoots and imagery for the webshop. In her private life, she loves lemon iced tea with lots of ice and plenty of lemon, enjoys chatting with her two cats, and imagines her perfect vacation as 35 degrees by the pool with a true crime podcast.

Tony is the man behind the camera, filming our photo shoots and turning them into cool reels for you. As part of our graphics team, he also takes care of images for the webshop and helps ensure that you regularly see new posters from us in retail stores. In his free time, you’ll find Tony at festivals and concerts or at motorsport events.

Nina works in marketing. She writes, posts, and communicates — for the webshop, on social media, in newsletters, and on our product hangtags. She always carries at least one pair of headphones in her bag. She also has a soft spot for senior dogs and fully stocked bookshelves.

Rob is Dutch and a true global citizen. He coordinates the go-to-market process and supports international customers as well as factory sourcing. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, friends, and his dog.
